Battlebards under the Roll20 Jukebox > Manage Audio > Tracks > Battlebards
And unfortunately they don't have as-much variety as you asked for. There is lots of options for dragon roar, and lots of other sound effects that could possibly stand-in for the ones you asked (such as using a door squeek to be a mouse squeek, maybe?)
Alternatively you can UPLOAD your own sounds into your Roll20 audio library.
An incredible source to legally get free sounds that you can upload and use for games, is called the Internet Archive. Search for it on Google and start using the Archive's search engine to find Audio Files with generalized keywords you want. They have plenty of Frog sounds. It's not a D&D site so they probably don't have gibbering mouther exactly, but you can find sounds like chatter, party, or "multiple people talking over each other at the same time". They have a lot of collections of the sound effects from old Radio Shows where they used whistles, bells, pots & pans to make sounds.
If you are looking for a huge repository of raw sounds to upload to the Jukebox, I use the Freesound website. Although some sounds need editing to use, most sounds don't. You can find plenty of sword swooshes, monster roars, etc. We even found one sound of insects munching that I use for giant centipedes in our game. Best of all, if you are a content creator, most of the sounds are licensed (Creative Commons) for you to manipulate and use in your own publications. Note, you do have to create a free account to download.

I am not wanting to use my allotted memory space that is why I am hoping to have the Jukebox updated. This however is a good suggestion and I will look into it. (I can always delete some after I am done using it.)
Thank you.
