It would be a good idea to post times and days of availability.  And since you want to post on youtube, how you plan on monetizing it and splitting the money with the group.

It might also be a good idea to post some of your stuff if you've recorded before! It'll give people a better idea of your vibe (Are you epic immersed roleplayer and gonna be a badass VA, for example, or are you going to learn how to make explosives and start slight-of-handing them into every pocket you can?) and make them more willing to reach out.
