I'm trying to upload pdf for my game (jumpgate) and it's stuck on virus scan.

I tried deactivating my extensions, same problem.

Hi Ealwyn,

If you are trying to contact Roll20 the best method is via the Help Center as the Bug Reports forum is primarily for community help.

With that said, you might try putting the PDF through a different PDF editor than the one that created it. There are a number online.

Have the editor reprocess it (by changing the quality slightly for example) and save. Then try to upload it.

This can sometimes allow the PDF (or images, music files, etc) to go through. I surmise that maybe the initial coding of the PDF (image, music file, etc) has something in it that Roll20 doesn't like. Sometimes that can get fixed by reprocessing it in a different program than the one that created it.

Thanks, I gonna try and contact support if it doesn't solve the issue.
