Error message : Your connection to the server has been interrupted

Hi :) We made a new campaign today with 4 friends and one of us can't play at all, every time he joins a game, he gets this message : "Your connection to the server has been interrupted! Anything you do right now we'll attempt to send when you go back online, but to be on the safe side you may want to stop doing anything important. You may want to check our status site for more info." We're able to see him join, we can see instantly what he writes in chat but he can't see what we write (not at first, sometimes it appears a few minutes later). He can't load images either (same as before, if he waits a few more minutes, it can appear). He was able to join our old campaign and see everything on the screen as we left it but same problem for the chat and if we add a new image, he can't see it (but on both campaign we can see what he's doing instantly, if he's moving his character, we see it). He clearly has a problem to load things not to send them. He tried roll20 on 3 different computers in his home, several browsers (chrome, firefox, even IE :D), it's the same result everywhere (of course we tried to clear the cache, etc...). He called his provider, everything seems fine, he has no other issue. I tried to log his account from my home, I was able to play without any issue. I hope you'll be able to help, thank you.
Hi ;') I am the GM of this table (Mentor). Maybe it's a matter of router port?

Well IE is not supported at this time that I know of. Did he check to see if he had any extensions active? Some of them tend to not play nice with roll20. I know I tend to use the same extensions on all my computers. Can he post a console log also? How to do so is listed on this wiki page: https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues

Has he tried to reboot his modem? Where is he located (region, not specific location)? It is possible it is still an ISP issue. Awhile back a bunch of people in Sweden were having a problem connecting due to an ISP issue that the ISP was unaware of. It was eventually tracked down. Here it is in case anything here helps: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/1059358/our-gm-c... Please have him try using tracert to app.roll20.net
He was playing on the same comp as last week (and we had no issue). As far as I know he doesn't have any extension (his primary browser is chrome, then he tried firefox and IE) and he's playing in the same city as another player of our campaign (Fougères in France). And yes he tried to reboot his modem, the provider (SFR) even "restarted" his connection when he called them. The strange part is that he doesn't seem to have any problem sending things (chat, dice roll, moving his character), we see them instantly, but he can't receive things (he keeps getting the error message and sometimes things appear after several minutes). And it's the same on his 3 computers (one desktop, 2 laptops). Everything else seems to work (youtube, gaming, etc...).

That is strange. I almost would say it is a graphic driver issue but he is able to see video from other sites. He doesn't have any extensions, hmmmm. Did he do a recent update on his browsers or install anything between last working session and the one where it didn't work? Just trying to think of what could be interfering with receiving the proper date because you say that he can send the data fine. Could he supply any of the error messages here? Either he post them or if needed pass them to you Nicolas?
Thx a lot ! The error message appeared in R20 was : "Your connection to the server has been interrupted! Anything you do right now we'll attempt to send when you go back online, but to be on the safe side you may want to stop doing anything important. You may want to check our status site for more info."

Please have the user post, it would help if we could talk to him directly. Also, we need him to complete the steps on the wiki and to check tracert to see if there is a problem somewhere with the route.
He went to sleep, we'll give you everything as soon as possible tomorrow (but unless you have french support, we'll have to post for him ;) ).
We played tonight, it's working again, no idea why ;) Let's hope it will stay that way, thanks again !

Hey Nicolas, just on the off chance it happens again, can you have him post the console log after it does? This could hold clues as to why or how it is happening.
