Firefox: dynamic lighting, acceleration not available warning

Hi,

I'm having the issue that dynamic lighting is not working, when checking with Ctr-L it allways shows a black screen. I did everything mentioned in various how-tos and videos, page settings, token settings, wall and light on the lighting layer. I sometimes get a warning that the token must have vision. But ofc. it has vision.

Second thing is that roll20 warns me that hardware accel is not available.

According to the console WebGL ist starting correctly, a few errors concerning blocked trackers on Firefox standard settings shouldn't matter. Firefox reports WebRenderer for Compositing (not Software).

Firefox 128.6.0esr, no extensions or add-ons installed.

Any help appreciated:-)

Hi MaximillianI!

Have you checked to see if masking is turned off?

If the token does not have vision, is there a light source?

If you need a deeper analysis, providing screen shots of page settings and token settings (as taken from the token at the time of testing) would be helpful.

Thanks for taking the time.

You mean the Hide/Reveal Mask? How do I turn it off?
The Token has vision, emits light, and there are two light sources in the room.

Here are the two screen shots:

I got it! It actually was the Hide/Reveal mask, and it is switched off by pressing "Reveal Map"!
Thank you keithcurtis
