Payment for Pro subscription done but account still in Free Mode

  Related topic Hi I have the same issue as Spectri. Renewed my subscription to Pro with a new card, the last one being too old. The bank account has been debited but I'm still in Free subscription. Seems to be the very same issue Drespar described in the related topic I linked above. At this moment I have no response from the Help Center ans I have a game scheduled for this evening (GMT+1) Ticket N° : 294793 Please Help ?
