So I've had this problem for a bit where video maps I upload have this terrible quality even tho they have a good size and webp format. Is there a way to solve this?
What is the format you have uploaded? Roll20 supports animated graphics, but not native video formats. Also, have you tried zooming all the way out and then back in? That can sometimes clear up blurry graphics.
Its in webm and yeah zooming out makes it just sliiightly better, but a non animated 1500x1500 map would look just fine, I don't understand why it looks that blurry when I upload animated ones
:/ I can't help much more on that. I rarely use animations, and never upload my own. Hopefull someone with more experience can chime in here, or you cna file a Help Center Request to get dev attention.
Yeah, I turned my game into jumpgate since when I tried adding an animated map in the past I had the same problem, doesn't seem to work better at all for me
