Why did Damage dice in my game suddenly break?

Playing a 5e game here on Roll20, and every level up it feels like, the character sheets break. Spells get multiplied and the sheet looks a mess. However recently, a few weeks ago I noticed PC's was rolling really low damage, and looking at their character sheets, their dice for their damage has been replaced by 2's instead of d6's, d8's and d10's. which was really weird. As well as some spells not working when clicked on (not asking what level it is cast and just doing nothing). I've since then had no reply from support about this issue, since 18.01. and I've replied twice, my request code is [#290554]. I've had to manually go over each character sheet and go in and fix it, by manually checking which spells are broken. At this point I'd just like some assurance that someone looked into it or that it won't happen again, because its really annoying. (Some spells seems to have broken again) I've also sent a separate request but had no reply there from when they asked me what game that was in. Its like no one is looking into my requests. What is the reason for this? (Side note, why does +1 weapons now show "1d8 +4 bludgeoning +1 magic"? It used to be " 1d8 +5 bludgeoning" before right?)

Hi MetalMan! Which sheet is this? There are over a dozen sheets on Roll20 that handle 5e D&D. If you can identify the sheet, I might be able to help direct you to a better place to post the issue for higher visibility. There is also the (better) option of filing a  Help Center Request , which will create an actual ticket for the team to address.

Or what do you mean? Like I said I had to solve the issue because this was in the middle of a game. So there are no traces left anymore (I hope), I just wanna know what happened. I did send a help request but no one ever replied to me.

Most people who play 5e D&D on Roll20 use the  D&D 5e (2014) Sheet , but there's the 2024 sheet, the Shaped sheet, plus many, many specialty sheets, example: Esper  Genesis or Brancalonia. We have to ask, because different sheets require different answers or have known issues. They all have different ways of doing things. Did you not even receive an automated receipt? I can give a screenshot if that is what is required. I recived an automated response, which is where I got my request number, but no futher replies as far as I know. Like I said, I replied to the request two more times but didnt see a reply. My spamfilter just emptied itself, so I cannot verify if any messages got sent there, which I doubt they did as I havent had that issue before.
