Reorder layout of LFG

It's a little confusing to have a list of games on the right besides the filters for finding games to join. When I toggled the filters and hit find game, I assumed the filters weren't working and the list of games were on the right. I didn't think to scroll down to see the results. Minor suggestion/tweak
