Broken Images

I took a two week hiatus from running my campaign. I then logged on, and almost all of my maps are broken. Their uploaded icons/images are shown as broken. I tried the cache clearing, extension editing--everything that was suggested to make sure that things were running properly. All other software seems to be in order, but the images are still broken, resulting in no map images. I do use an API for Dungeon Alchemist, but, again, not all my maps have been affected by this. I noticed throughout the years, this has happened to several other people. And there doesn't seem to be a definitive fix to this occurrence.
Also, just tried to re-upload the images (after deleting the original broken one), and they upload broken.

HI Matthew M.,  In the future I suggest contacting Roll20 before making changes. That way they can see what happened. If necessary you can make a copy of the game and try to fix the copy.  The best way to contact Roll20 is via the Help Center , as the bug report forum is primarily for community support.

But I did find out that loading maps smaller than 10MB work fine. But anything above is broken. This is a very odd limbo I'm in since I have a pro account.

You might also want to collect a  Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ) from the time when you attempt one of your failing uploads, to file with your  Help Center Request . Also check your account storage limit. You can find it on your account page. If you are maxed out, the easiest way to get rid of a lot of data is by deleting audio first.
