Roll20 does support isometric map grid already, but it's a pro-subscription feature, and the dungeon scrawl integration does not support such maps.

Maybe the Thread title is somewhat misleading and I apologize for that. I meant exactly what you wrote in the second half of your post! That the integration should support Isometric Maps...
