Anyone know of any good systems / custom content that revolves around building, either if it's something like building a dungeon like the video games dungeon master or raising a village like in king maker.
I don't know of it. I'm interested, if you find such a game --- in Roll20 or out. We could implement it into Roll20 if it isn't already here. But I just don't know what Game System title that would be. It sounds good if it exist and I can definitely imagine being able to play / map / draw it in Roll20 while the village or dungeon develops.
I guess, "The Quiet Year" is a whiff of this to a basic extent. Take a look. You draw a village map as you go. The players draw-cards to find out things that happen in & to the village as the seasons pass. https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/module/22/the-quiet-year I don't think it is as sophisticated as what you described (from those video games) but maybe could be fleshed-out to that or just play and enjoy it for what it is.
