Unable to change game settings

I'm configuring my game before I've added players to the game.

The first three yes/no options in Game Settings are disabled (greyed out) and clicking on them does nothing. Specifically, the private/public switch, allow players to create characters, and allow players to transfer characters.

I'm using MS Edge. The Roll 20 D&D 5e 2024 character sheet.

Hi Rage,

I am not seeing a problem in the screenshot you provided. It does not appear to be greyed out.
Could you supply a full screenshot, not a cropped screenshot?

Also, what happens when you use one of the supported browsers? (Chrome or Firefox)

It looks like it's an issue with how Edge marks radio buttons checked/unchecked on the site. Here's an example where the options are identical but one screenshot is Edge and one is Firefox.

Ooh. That's not friendly design. Good find!

Unfortunately at this time Roll20's response is "Please use a supported browser, either Chrome or Firefox".

With that said, I would definitely file a bug report via the Help Center. Let them know that this problem exists in Edge. Perhaps someday it will be acted upon.
