Modifying Duplicate NPCs

I'm trying to make a bunch of NPCs based on the Thug template. I duplicated "Thug" a bunch and got ten "Duplicate of Thug" NPCs in my compedium.

But when I try to change them to make them into ten different characters, they still seem to be linked. I actually want them to be monks, so I named one "Monk - Joe" and one "Monk - Bob." When I change Joe's stats, it seems like Bob's change too. When I add a new weapon to Bob, Joe gets it too. So Roll20 Seems to want all of them to be the same.

Is there some way for me to force Roll20 to recognize that these are now distinct, unlinked characters? Am I doing something wrong? Is this happening to other people?

Thanks!

Hi Grand Master Chris,

Is there a reason you need 10 character sheets for the same character?

As for the tokens, that is a matter of setting them properly. The HP needs to be delinked from the character.
Here are the steps for that:
1) Edit the token
2) Switch HP to "None", then put the number in the boxes.
3) Open the Character
4) Click Save
5) Click Edit
6) Click Use Selected Token.
7) (not on the image) Save
8) (not on the image) Drag new copies out.

Note: if you really want 10 different characters with separately linked tokens, you can change "Represents Character" above step 3.
Then perform steps 3+.

However, I suspect the reason you wanted 10 different characters is so that you can track HP separately, in which case you should have 1 character with 10 properly set up tokens.
