Issues with Crown of the Oathbreaker

Has anyone else run the Crown of the Oathbreaker module from Elderbrain? I purchased it through the marketplace and feel very let down. I expected to have a more all the maps I would need but feel like quite a few are missing. Like where is the map of the Royal Mausoleum or the Throne Room prior to the Midnight Curse taking hold? I'm watching a group play on YouTube. They are not using Roll20, but they had a "clean" throne room map. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi MICHAEL L., I am not familiar with this adventure so I don't know what is in it compared to the material published by the publisher. With that said there are some thoughts, 1) It is possible that these things are in the Roll20 module but in a different form than was presented in the group on Youtube. 2) It is possible the group on Youtube came up with their own maps for some sections. I have done that in my own games for various adventures. 3) Have you compared what is in Roll20 to the module as published by the publisher? 4) Have you contacted the Publisher , or Roll20 via the Help Center ? 5) Finally, if you are unhappy with a Roll20 product there is an excellent refund policy . If the 15 day timeperiod has elapsed but there are major problems with a product you may still be able to get a refund.
I've found that the exact map that I need does exist and is made by the publisher. It just isn't part of the compendium/bundle on Roll20. Whether this is an oversight or intentional I'm not sure. I have reached out to both Roll20 and Elderbrain. I really don't want to do a refund as my party is about 8 sessions in. I bought the bundle, including map pack in hopes that the more major maps would be included, therefore I wouldn't have to focus as much on map making or searching. Thanks for your reply.

Hi MICHAEL, If it was in the published work, and not just supplied by the publisher elsewhere, it should be in the module. Great pains are taken to make sure that every image and word from the published work is included. If this is a case of the Roll20 module not including something that was in the book, then you should file a Help Center Request so this can be investigated and addressed.

This one is quite a big Bundle in terms of having multiple Packs within the bundle.... that come in to different places in the Roll20 interface. It may be in there, but easy to overlook.. I'll try to look for it, but do what keithcurtis said. The Help Center may be able to answer this

This is the Bundle product that the OP mentioned they purchased, https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/bundle/17109/crown-of-the-oathbreaker-all-in-bundle It advertises to contain " over 40 dungeon maps and three regional maps " I'm still investigating whether some of the Maps are in the Module (in the Pages menu) and perhaps other maps are in a Map art-pack that would be in your art library? Not sure yet. Look into this possibility. One of the products included in the bundle is specifically a map-pack. It says it has 41 maps but I count 42, and lists what they are, here: https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/gameaddon/16896/crown-of-the-oathbreaker-map-pack-41-maps Contents: City of Onadbyr Onadbyr in the Shadowrealm Onadbyr Undead Apocalypse Kingdom of Aglarion Bleak Mire Lucky Leap Tavern Royal Palace Dungeon Royal Palace Ground Level Royal Palace Second Level Royal Palace Third Level Old Grinder Tomb of the Constructor Emporium of Marvelous Rarities Monster Menagerie Crypts of House Monder The Shadow Ziggurat Dungeon of Tears Eyrie of the Fabled Fort Blackbell Darkstone Shrine of the Blind God Nest of the Cackling Crows Lodge of Wanderlust Vaults of the Arcane Tower Ziggurat of the New Moon The Arcane Tower The Last Kiss Miraddin Mirror Maze Tipper’s Tree Witchcave Quellar Ausstyl Sporedark Demonbane Isle Hall of the Sovereign Bwael Phindar Camp Perseverance Darkstone Mines Ronul’s End Primary Drainage Cistern Temple of Light and Darkness Ziggurat of Dread I wonder if any of THOSE maps are the ones you're looking for? Perhaps 7-8-9-10, the Royal maps?

There are 43 pages in the Pages menu, in the installed game. They are the same as the 42 pages in the Map Pack. The same Map titles as listed in the post above. Is the one called "Royal Palace Dungeon" the same as the Royal Mausoleum you're looking for? And is the one called " Royal Palace Second Level" has the Royal Throne Room?
i bought and returned the "player options" when i learned it had no compendium component, very disappointed overall.
