Move video and audio to Game Settings on the front page

Personally I always know I will not be using audio and video in Roll20. It would be way easier to just uncheck these in the Game Settings on the front page, rather than having to launch the game, change the settings, and refresh/relaunch the game. Same with enabling the second character sheet for D&D, really.
