Merge the add-buttons in Journal-secion

The Journal in Roll20 for me has one button for adding a character sheet (w a dropdown for choosing version), a single button for adding handouts, and a button that is simply called "Add" for PDFs and folders. Why is not adding Handouts and Characters a part of the same Add-action? I can easily see the need of the +Character-butten to be visible and available to players, but at least the Handout-button should be merged under the same Add-button as PDFs (that are often also handouts) or folders?
