{LFG} Deadlands/Deadlands Reloaded - Any others interested? Let's form a group!

Hello, Getting a bit burnt out on 5E, been playing a lot of RDR2 lately (again) and now I have the wild west bug! I actually haven't played Deadlands in over a decade ... at least. But damn, when I did, it was amazing.  I'm hoping to find like minded persons who'd be up for forming a group to get a game of Deadlands or Deadlands reloaded going. This means we'd have to find someone interested in actually Gm'n it. I've never Gm'd it, only played it. I'll even have to read through the books again to remember all the rules. At any rate, This is a feeler to see if there is enough interest to make an effort towards organizing a group and finding a GM. Feel free to PM me if you'd like, but let's go ahead and leave a comment of interest here as well to show others there's some activity on this post. YEE-HAW! Hal/Silvario
not deadlands but you can play an old cowboy in pulp CoC. So would you be interested in joining a Pulp CoC campaign (1920's Masks of Nyarlathotep) which starts the 28th on Friday at 6pm? Saw you were from Chicago so figured I would reach out to ya. If not apologies for spamming your thread.
Not familiar with that game/system. I'll have to look into it and get back to you.
I had the original game in all the books. I wouldn't mind putting together a little campaign for you if we get enough people. We can even use cards on roll 20.
Thing Job, Sounds great, I'll PM you.
What timezone we are talking about here?
I liked the Call of Cthulhu direction things were going in this thread haha. I put together a campaign the other year for Down Darker Trails, 1885 weird west and we got several sessions in and was going great but a couple of folk had sudden scheduling issues (sig other, kids, etc) and it go hard to play more than once a month. Got that campaign still, set up and ready to go. Not sure about Deadlands. I think I have a rulesbook for it. But it seems so fanciful whereas I wanted a more  or less realistic setting for the weirdness and horror to occur in. Had great characters like an actress, writer (Mr. Beauchamp from Unforgiven), a photographer, even an Asian drunken fighting martial artist haha. Anyway if the Deadlands doesn't come together I might could do CoC.
