Player's can see a image that I can't see or delete (I'm the DM)

So I was testing things while talking to a player of mine before he started talking about a clock on the camp, I was confused because I couldn't see any clocks before he took a screenshot and showed me, and indeed there was a clock that I couldn't see but he can! I tried everything to delete it, deleting everything besides the map page itself, is there anything else I can do to maybe remove the clock without needing to remake the whole page?

Hi SharkiWeasel,  Please have the player(s) log in using a different browser, check to see if they see it at that point.  If they don't then most likely there is an image that has been deleted and is hanging out in their cache. They can remedy it by clearing their browser's cache.  If that doesn't remedy the problem please send me an invite and I can come take a look.

Hello My Player told me they used their phone with google, then their pc on Edge with opera gx but they still see it. I'm not sure if it's only for that one player or not btw how do I send invites? so you can take a look 

Update: It's only visable for 1 player, the other players can't see it

You can PM that to me by clicking on my name here in this chat. Then select Send Private Message.

For anyone following this issue, the problem was a deleted image in a Legacy game.  When a token has it's image deleted the image remains in your browser's cache.  Clearing the cache can resolve this, but if for some reason you are unable to do this then duplicating the page without any of the assets (remove the checkmarks) and manually copy/pasting each layer (Ctrl+A) over will resolve the issue.  This is not an issue in Jumpgate games because in Jumpgate the token with the deleted image reverts to the "blue man" icon rather than creating a phantom token (token without an image).
