Assign “bubbles” on my token in friend’s game…

I made a character and imported it into my friend’s game, and they connected it to a token. Is there a way I can connect my HP and AC attributes to the token bubbles, or is that something only they can do?…

Setting up a token is the GM's job. Players have no means to do so.

With that said, if you set up the token on the character in your own game before importing it to their game it will keep the settings.
