Bringing Players From One Campaign Module to Another

Apologies if this is already answered somewhere, things are a bit crazy and I can't make heads or tails of anything right now.

I've got a group of players that finished Nest of the Eldritch Eye and I want to move them into Tomb of Annihilation. I know that I can't just add ToA to the existing game I have the Eldritch Eye module in. The only way I can do it (as far as I know) is to move the character sheets to an all new campaign with ToA attached to it. How do I do that? I found an option to copy the existing adventure and move over some stuff from it, but it still keeps Eldritch Eye so I can't add ToA to it. 

As a pro user you should be able to create a new game and then use transmogrifier to copy the characters(and just about everything else) from the old game to the new one.
