Lag when adding to or advancing the turn counter

March 24 (3 weeks ago)

Edited March 24 (3 weeks ago)

I'm experiencing lag when I add tokens to the turn counter, whether manually or automatically through a sheet roll, and it also happens when I advance them along the turn counter.  Every time I advance it, 3 seconds of lag. And if I add a group of tokens at the same time, it freezes for 10+ seconds while it adds them.

This has been going on for a few weeks now, but tonight it's so bad it's hampering our game. A big fight already takes a while to do, but this slowness is making it unpleasant. Note this is only happening when I interact with the turn counter, and not with chat or rolls, etc.

I am on Firefox, Windows 11, and on Jumpgate. I've tried all the usual fixes, like clearing the cache, setting my graphics and browsers to high performance, tweaking power plans, updating browsers and drivers, etc.

Do you have any ideas of things I could try or do?

I would suspect a Mod script interfering. Do you have any Mods in this game? What are they? Is it a Jumpgate game or a Classic game?

Hi, thank you for asking. I'm not using any mods, and it's a Jumpgate game. I noticed the sluggishness in Jumpgate right after we converted a month ago, but it seems worse now.
