Death saves on new 2024 character sheet

I just had a character in DND 5e on the new character sheet die and could not find out where I can roll and keep track of death saves. I click on the setting (Gear) icon in the HP location and saw death saving throws but nothing to keep track of the fails/succusses.  If there is already a thread for this topic, please point me to it. I searched and couldn't find any. 

Death saves should show up on that sheet if you have 0 hit points left. If they don't, you have an issue to report.
