Possible Jumpgate Issue

Made a game with Jumpgate from the start and a few times my players kept having issues with getting into the game, getting "Session has expired" endlessly looping. Any help would be greatly appreciated in getting them to launch and join the game, otherwise I would have to remake my entire game from scratch in the legacy version.

It’s mostly community help here. You should use the Help Center and Send a request to get Roll20 staff attention and a ticket to track your issue.  My suggestion, as always, is for everyone to launch their game in a Chrome Incognito or Firefox Private Browsing window. I’ve found that eliminates lots of problems.
