Hi, since today (Yesterday it still worked) did I wanted to open my Humble Wood Campaign and all what I get is this:

We were unable to connect you to the game session. Please reload and try again. If this error persists, please contact support. ERROR CODE: NEP:-OE9pgMUKwGP_hU-Qt8X

I don't see any Characters, no Maps, no Music, no Settings, literally Nothing anymore I did, it just loads like a blank Campaign...

I tried another Browser, I tried to delete Cookies, I asked even my Brother to go into my Campaign and it's always the same...

I took 1 Year to make this Campaign...

I messaged the Roll20 Support too, but I thought asking here would be a good Idea too...

Here is a Screenshot of the Error Message...

One of my games had that yesterday.... and we were able to do Roll Back. The rollback worked. Only PRO subscribers have the "Roll Back" feature. Even if you just subscribe now for 1 month I think you would get access to that and be able to try that.

On Free Account....

Your best bet is send a request to Roll20 Help Center and give that information and error code. I think they will do a Roll Back for you

Thanks for your Answer Gold,

as I told you, I have messaged Roll20 and they did what you said.

They had a Back-up so everything is back now.

Oh my God and I thought I have to re-create all 5 Chapters of Humble Wood again...
