Chronicles of Darkness by Roll20 appears broken

So I am running a VtR game using the COD sheet by roll20 and it seems to be broken now after all the recent updates. dice rolls are impossible for it with out directly using the /roll command for all of them. The sheet related button commands all no longer work and clicking anything on the sheet does nothing for the rolls.

Anyone know what's going on and how to fix it?

Okay I figured out the main issue, the rolling does work for most things, but not everything gets highlighted as it should when clicking on them (but they do get selected). The Custom entered disciplines or the like on the sheets, however, seem to have no means of selection to role. Although you can type in names in the spaces and set number of dots and such for them. Anyone have thoughts on how to fix these issues?
