Character sheets not loading.

Hello all,

I've been with Roll20 since 2017, and I've never had this happen to me before. Recently, when I loaded up Roll20 to tweak my campaign for the next session, I noticed that not only does the journal take about 10~ minutes to load in Chrome, but the character sheets will open but not display character sheet information. I'm clueless about how to proceed from here. It was working about just fine, then suddenly it didn't anymore. In that time frame, I didn't do anything different, it just decided to stop working. Funny enough, it works completely fine in the Discord Roll20 activity.

I've tried it with Firefox too, same issue and it even seems to be worse in Firefox as it takes like 20~ minutes to load the journal tab.

I've disabled all extensions and add-ons.

I've deleted a lot of stored stuff in my 'uploaded assets', leaving only the essentials, which at most is like 20~ things

It’s mostly community help here, and it sounds like you need Roll20 staff attention. You should use the Help Center and Send a request to get a ticket to track your issue. 

My usual suggestion is to launch your game in a Chrome Incognito or Firefox Private Browsing window. I always do this, and I avoid a lot of problems I see reported.
