Tokens dissapearing after saving settings in "Token Settings"

I encountered this problem a little while ago when doing some setup for the lighting of a map, where whenever I would interact with a token or any image on the board in the token settings, that whenever I save the changes I made to the tokens settings(And even if I don't make any changes and just save settings), the token itself dissapears and the settings don't save when i reload the page, but when I interact with the settings of a token not on the board via a sheet on the sidemenu this doesn't happen.

Hi Wire Mage,  Could you provide some details as to how to reproduce this?  Is this in Jumpgate or Legacy Roll20?  You are editing the token directly via the token cog?  Which browser are you using?  Edit: Never mind, reproduced. Letting the Devs know.

Gauss, I just filed a help center request on this issue.  For me: Jumpgate on Firefox.  Repeated on two different computers in two different games each. Repro steps: Select token Click on gear icon to edit token settings Change any token setting Edit: Sent nice screen capture video of the problem with the help center request. Save changes Token goes blank.  In my case, I have aura/tint healthcolors mod running, so I could still see the token, but turning it off causes it to go completely transparent. It also happened earlier today with another game and the map layer.  Caused the map image, the tokens, and the DL lines to all go blank.  Almost gave me a heart attack until I refreshed the page.  Pain in the A$$ociated spot for being kicked when I have little time to prepare a game.
I am also encountering this issue.
Hi Gauss. Firstly, It is a Jumpgate game on the chrome browser. I had tried to reproduce the bug in a legacy game, wherein I the bug I speak of, did not occur. As for how to reproduce the issue, it is quite simple, I simply: 1. Selected a toke and opened the token settings menu by double clicking it or by pressing the token cog that appears on selection. 2. (whether or not i made any actual changes to the token) Clicked "Save settings" in the bottom right. The end result being that the token itself would then dissapear, where I can still select the now invisible token and move it around as if it was there. Refreshing the page would undo any setting alterations and reset the tokens placement back to where it was before I even interacted with it to begin with

Thanks folks,  The Devs are working the issue now.
Adding injury to insult, going back after refreshing the page and all the changes have been voided.  The tokens are showing the original settings and not reflecting the new values. Another couple of hours down the drain...

Oginme,  Can you check what happens when you alter the token settings via the Character?  You might be able to do that and then drag the token out.  Edit: in my testing if you edit the token after the image blanks out, save, then the changes should save.  Ie: make a change save, edit, make sure it stuck, if not change it again, save. Refresh.  Please give this a try and see if it works for you.
Hey everyone! We're working on a hotfix for this right now and I'll let you know as soon as it's available. Apologies for the trouble!
OK this issue should be fixed now. Sorry for the disruption folks!
