Issues with character sheets

After purchasing a few new books for my game I've been hit with an issue, no matter what I do no character has a character sheet. Not even those who had some do any more. I've looked over every issue on the forum similar to mine and still haven't found a fix. This is a big issue for me as I was about to start putting my players characters in but now am unable to at all. any help would be appreciated.

What exactly do you mean by they don't have a character sheet? Are they displaying as handouts now? Or are they "characters", but you only have the attributes and abilities, and bio/info tabs? Or something else?

I'm not sure I can help but as an absolute minimum you'll need to let everyone know the basics, such as : - Exactly which system is this for? - Which books did you purchase? - Can you provide a screenshot of the Journal showing the lack of any character sheets etc

Hi waylon f.,  I see that you have a Character open to the Character Sheet tab but no character sheet is visible.  Please go to Roll20.net Click the name of your game Click Settings Click Game Settings Scroll down to Character Sheet Template Screenshot that or report the name of the sheet.

Go on your Game Details page > click Settings > Game Settings > scroll down > What character sheet is selected in the Drop-Down menu there?

You mention that you bought 2024 content to use with the existing game. Was your existing game a 2024 character sheet game? or was it a 2014 5e OGL sheet game? And did you set the game to use both sheet styles if it was originally a 2014 5e ogl game.
