Unable to change the picture on the 2024 character sheet

As the title says, I have searched high and low in every suggestion and every AI answer says essentially the same thing to utilize a button to edit that does not exist on the 2024 sheet that I have. Is it that once you select a picture on the character sheet that is set forever? You can change name and you can change pronoun you can change everything but the picture?

Hi Frig,  Please click the "pencil" icon at the top middle of the sheet.  Note: if your sheet is popped out of the VTT the top bar is missing. In that case please open the sheet without popping it out.

Well therein lies the problem. It does pop out there is no pencil icon and I can't for the life of me find a way not to have it pop out whether I open the sheet directly from the token layer or open the sheet from the token sheet itself or from the journal it pops out how do you have the sheet not pop out

Thank you Sir I set about figuring out how to keep it from popping out and found that setting upon doing that I was able to get some place where I could modify.  I have spent days perusing the internet and you are the first to mention that pop out issue so thank you again.
