All maps totally blank after restoration from cold storage

I had to work a lot for a few months with no time to play. When I came back, my game with over 100 21000x21000x21000 pixel maps, 1500x1500x1500 ft was forced into cold storage which I was totally unaware was a thing and it happened without warning if I did know about it I would have done everything in my power to prevent it cause duplicating or copying maps in my game even the smaller ones never worked. failed to restore. Later, after I reported it, developers restored my game, and now absolutely all the maps are blank, 1000s of hours of work gone. I tried everything, but they are all still blank. Someone, please help. I would pay anything to get my maps back if that's what it takes. I feel like I've been stabbed through my back straight in the heart, my life's work in shambles. Double verifying a copy before deleting it would be a good fail-safe to prevent issues like this, very Klingon to not have a layered fail-safe when risking someone's games. I am in email with support but have not hear of much, first restore failed had nothing not even my sheets, second restore succeeded in getting me my sheets, and dynamic lighting layer restored, I'm hoping the third time will succeed I suspect it might have something to do with the loading time allowed to restore my game might take a long time almost appear frozen even but given time to load without a forced shut off I think it will restore unless it was corrupted being moved to cold storage but a doubt this based on progress made on the second attempt of restoration. Please don't give up on me yet, roll20, I'm even willing to pay someone for their time attempting to resolve this issue. In the event this does not work out, a more safety feature protecting people's data if it has to be paid for would be greatly appreciated, so I can safely move forward spending 1000s of hours restoring my life's work and livelihood. The issue is not directly connected to the map size. I have another smaller game that restored fine with maps of the same size. Thanks, Roll20 team, I love the platform, I truly do, it is the only platform capable of playing the TTRPG we are developing, but it just makes this all the more devastating.

Howdy Nate! Coming back to work from the weekend and seeing that we were able to get your game info back was my favorite way to start my week, I'm so glad the Developers and the XP team were able to sort it out. Happy gaming!
Thank you so much for your help! My game has been fully restored!

Assuming that this means 21,000 x 21,000 pixels, at 70ppc (pixels per cell), for 300 x 300 cells, that is indeed very big. Such a map should be split into four pieces before uploading, or performance is likely to be sluggish. Depending on the complexity of the dynamic lighting, and the number of tokens, it might not be unmanageable, though I wouldn't want to depend on it.
