My Jumpergate game chat archive is missing.

I can't see the chat log for my D&D campaign created with Jumpgate. When I click the button to check the chat archive, I can see the page numbers, but the pages are empty. This issue is not limited to this session; another Jumpgate D&D campaign is experiencing the same problem. However, Jumpgate campaigns that use custom sheets are working fine. Both sessions have the following in common: they were created using official D&D adventure modules (each using RotF and CoS), they use the API, they are set to support both 2014 and 2024 D&D sheets, and they use Jumpgate. Is anyone else having the same issue? Since this is a text-based online campaign, this problem is extremely critical. I really hope this issue gets fixed soon. + I found out that this error happens when you use the D&D 2024 version and the 2014 version sheets together. It works fine when you use just one, but when you use both, the chat archive doesn't work.

I recommend you report that to Roll20 Help Center, Create a Help ticket, and give them that information as clearly as possible (the part you Edited and added, says it perfectly well) and include your screenshot. https://help.roll20.net/hc/en-us/requests/new That will help the Roll20 Team to track the issue. Over here on the forums it's pretty much just Community members replying.
I just sent in a help center request. It is not just the jumpgate games it is all of by current games. Recommend that anyone seeing this send in a help center request to let them know that it is not just isolated incidences.
Hey folks! Sorry for the trouble here - we're looking to get out a hotfix for this as soon as we can (hopefully in the next hour or so). Thanks in advance for your patience!
OK the fix was just deployed for this a few minutes ago. Please don't hesitate to let me know if you run into anything else. Thanks again everyone!
OMG that was really fast and reliable! Thank you!
