Looking at the spell description of Plane Shift in the Compendium, the D&D 5e2014 version of the spell lists who can use the spell.  It lists Cleric, Druid, Occultist, Sorcerer, Warlock, Wizard.  So what's an Occultist?

Hi Johnathan! The Compendium lists Occultist as a third party warlock subclass, from  Valda's Spire of Secrets  by Mage Hand Press.
