If you mean this one: The last update was 6 years ago. I can't remember exactly when compendiums came out, but this sheet might predate compendiums and there were few community made sheets that were doing compendium integration back then. Regardless, the code for that sheet has none of the code that would be required for compendium integration. Roll20 compendium-character sheet integration is solely dependent on the character sheet, so if someone in the community wanted to tackle it, the necessary integration could be added. EDIT: There are quite a few cyberpunk red sheets on the repo. None of the three that I've looked at have compendium integration code in them. The other two look like this:
