No Drag and Drop of any Monsters from Compendium

I read through a few pages of posts from others, but I still cannot find any examples of drag+drop resolutions to match what I am seeing. I am running a D&D 5E Jumpgate 2024 with all three core books. I cannot add any monsters to the game. Incredibly frustrating. Not just some monsters, but I can search anything, and none of them drop into the game. I *can* drag items into character sheets. I have tried in Chrome and Firefox. I tried in Firefox in Private Browsing (to not use cookies). I tried turning off the "New Compendium", and that didn't work. We haven't played in a few weeks (but have a game in two hours and now it won't work). This was a problem last time, but somehow I got it to work. Now I just don't know what is going on. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Charles! The best solution is to capture a   Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox )and file a  Help Center Request , of course, but in the meantime, try this: Since you can drag and drop onto a sheet, create a new sheet, make sure it's not sitting on "make a character". With the sheet open, try dragging a monster onto the open sheet. That should overwrite the sheet Statblock with the monster statblocks. No token image or bio, so it's not a great solution, but it may get you out of the pinch while waiting for a Roll20 response.

thank you for the reply. of course, today it worked. Does having the console log open make it work? At some point, I also had it open in multiple places at once. Who knows. It's like driving your car to the mechanic, it never makes the noise when you show up. Thank you for the information so I can do a proper help center request when I witness it again.

Having multiple games open at once can cause issues. Having the console log open should not affect Roll20 capabilities. I have no idea what having multiple console logs open in multiple game windows might do.
