Help with Time

Next Game day of week, Month, Date, ex, 7:00 AM GMT+2 Is 7.00 am my time or the GMT  I'm a new player. I'm trying to find a group to play with, but I don't want to make a mistake about the time. Can someone tell me if 7.00 is my time or GMT time? I also can't find the information online  Thank you

It is scheduled for Thursday 28 May 2025 at 7:00 PM Sydney, Australia time. Roll20 should be showing it at *your* time.
