Please, if you don't want dupe tickets, fix the forum search.

I wanted to see if I was the only person who had a particular problem, so I decided to search the forum first. Unfortunately, it's practically useless for no reason I can fathom. The date of the thread isn't shown, and there's no advanced function for filtering by date. Older threads are unfathomably placed over more recent threads.  Closed threads aren't marked as 'closed' in the search results.  For things like bugs, the date and status of the thread is super important.

Hi Katie C.,  Roll20 has no rules against posting when something is "already answered elsewhere". Ie. feel free to post again.  As for Help Center tickets, Roll20 uses duplicate tickets to gauge how to prioritize something, so feel free to post there even if someone else has stated they have done so.  Regarding your suggestions, I suggest posting them in the Suggestion Forum .
Multiple tickets don't help me as a user . I'd much rather see if it's just my system acting strangely, or if it's also being worked on.

I'd second the suggestion forum. The search on the forums is terrible and has been for as long as I have been a member. I use a Google site search , which is 50% better (again, because of the lack of searchable date stamps), but it does allow for more complex search terms . site: roll20.net searchterms

Roll20 (generally) does not take bug reports via the Bug Report forum, they have been prioritizing the Help Center for quite some time now. And as for Help Center tickets we do not see tickets other than what you submit.
