Jumpgate is Too Buggy to Run Professional D&D Games

Jumpgate is too buggy when trying to deliver professionally run D&D games to players. Is there any way to revert a game back to the old reliable Roll20 style campaigns where tokens drop properly and the features we pay for actually work, or do I need to make a new campaign?
I'm having major issues with Jumpgate, on a prewritten bought on Roll20 on all things. I'm really pissed off, as I think there's no way to reconvert it back, so the work I've done I'll have to do again.

Just to confirm it for you, there is no way to REVERT a game from Jumpgate back to Classic-Legacy Roll20. If you started your game originally on Legacy/Classic then there will definitely be a Legacy-era Backup of your game, under your My Games tab, that you can go back and load and start using. The only work lost would be whatever you've done SINCE the original copying-to-Jumpgate.  My advice is post about your specific Jumpgate issues and try to troubleshoot it, and report it to Roll20 Help Center following their procedures if you don't get a good answer from the forums. In my opinion it's easier to adjust Jumpgate settings to overcome the issues, rather than trying to rebuild your game in Legacy. It depends on what issues you're having with Jumpgate. Some of the common problems can be fixed/overcome with settings adjustments.

To JoeDub, Based on your screenshots I think your issues is with D&D 2024 compatibility with D&D 2014 character sheets in Roll20. And, you could get tips-advice-instructions on how to work with that system and make it work better for you.  That does not look like a Jumpgate issue. It looks like it is a D&D 2024-2014 issue. Hi JoeDub! If by "tokens drop properly", you mean cases where a dropped token does not display until the page is refreshed, that issue has been reported and some instances have been addressed. If you have a reproducible workflow that results in a mis-dropped token, that sort of information would be invaluable to the devs, and I would do my best to bring it to their attention. As for the other issues, I agree with Gold that the screenshots are unclear as to how this relates to Jumpgate. If you could describe some specific instances that are blocking you from using Jumpgate (or 2024 character sheet) features, we might be able to help.

@Ebbie running D&D games on Jumpgate is a mess, sadly Roll20 is not fixing anything. I'm anxiously awaiting a new VTT that works. Roll 20 was amazing a few years ago, now the platform does not work properly. @Gold: Thank you. I will just have to make a new game then. Regarding the tokens not loading, it does not matter, the D&D 5.24 Monster manual token drops do not work correctly on Roll20. I'm on Google Fiber, so it's not my internet speed. Regarding tech support, that's not my job to fix Roll20's problem for free. I pay Roll20 for a service and for licensed WOTC products, and what was sold is not be delivered as promised. This issue has existed since the launch of Jumpgate, and instead of fixing the issue I'm getting a new foreground layer. I would prefer if the basic systems just worked before adding in new bells and whistles. @Ketih Curtis: The tokens don't drop token art, and sometimes the character sheets are blank; which are the the basic requirements of a token drop. This token-drama-blank-character-sheet-mess did not happen before Jumpgate, so clearly Jumpgate is the issue.

@Gold It's not a legacy issue, it's a Roll20 developer issue.  One character sheet is from the Player's Handbook, the other is from the Monster Manual. Jumpgate is the problem, and nobody is fixing it. It has been this way since I purchased theses items on Roll20, and nothing quite stops the pacing of a game, like broken materials.

Think about that for a second.  I bet you started using D&D 2024 at the same time as you started using Jumpgate.

The other issue with Jumpgate, akin to its not always showing a dropped token or showing multiples of a single dropped token, until refreshing your page entirely, is that if you use the character sheet popout option, it will generally not let you interact with it or revert back to it being housed within the gaming window if you close the popout version. So yes, still lots to fix.
