Dynamic Lightning help

Hello, when previewing a character on a few specific pages, all I see is the token and doors around it. No map, no light, you cannot even see the token's hp bar. I even tried with a light source that I placed down. Vision is on, night vision is on, I went through the dynamic lighting checklist. The settings appear the same as the other page where the lighting is working... I am at a loss. I am on Jumpgate and used the Convert lighting tool and it seems to have worked for some pages but not others. 

To anyone that has this problem: Try going into 'Hide/Reveal Mask' and hiding everything then revealing it all again. Fixed the issue for me.

I toggled the Hide/Reveal switch to On, but now the switch is greyed out and will not go back to Off. Meanwhile, I now am having problems with the Dynamic lighting. Some Tokens in black areas are showing. Despite being no light and all that they appear in the dark while other tokens next to them are hidden. Also, the lighting lines do not restrict movement. I have been on Roll 20 for 5 years so I know all the settings to address, they just don't work now. Is it because the Reveal/Hide switch is "frozen" in the on position??

Hi Mike! Assuming you mean these buttons: They don't change appearance. They are action buttons, not toggles. FWIW, I think they could stand to be re-styled for this reason. However, It sounds like the token is: A) covered by the Masking feature, and B) has an explicit controller in the "controlled by" field Tokens that are controlled by a named user always appear, so they cannot be lost. If this is not what is going on, screen shots of settings and what you are seeing, would help to clarify the issue.
