[API] ChattSetAttr Question (Jumpagte)

Hello there just slipping this in while I have a moment. I seem to remember this API giving the information of the change. IE: Amela HP changes to 35 from 50  . I've tried using the --fb options _CUROJ_.  to no avail. Is there something obvious I am just missing or maybe I'm recalling a different API. D6 Space, just using new attributes. Also using Jumpgate for this game.
