Custom Character Sheet builder for D10 system

I am currently trying to work and build a Pirate game that is a D10 system of skills and attributes equaling the number of D10 rolled with changing difficulty ratings for successes similar to old Vampire the Masquerade.  I am unfortunately not versed at all in HTML or CSS so I don’t even know where to begin to get a custom character sheet built and uploaded into the game.  Does anyone have the experience to be able to help me or the time to build it for me and I would reimburse the time? thanks

There are a few of us that do contract work. A sheet can run anywhere from $1200usd for an extremely basic and barebones sheet to $8000+ for a highly styled sheet with a bunch of advanced features.

If it's a fairly simple system, it can be done cheaper than Scott mentions&nbsp;(especially if the sheet is very similar to an existing one that can be used as a template), but it will always run into at least several hundred dollars. If you want to make it yourself, it's not (usually) that tricky but it is&nbsp; very &nbsp;time consuming - check out my very comprehensive guide: <a href="https://cybersphere.me/roll20/" rel="nofollow">https://cybersphere.me/roll20/</a> Personally, though, I would recommend finalising the game system before trying to make a sheet. Constantly changing a sheet to account for changes in the system is a lot of work, especially given how time--consuming the sheet design already is.
