Somebody please help me with my little project.

So I bought the Phandelver and below Shattered Obelisk module, and along with it, I found some custom Pixel art Tokens for the enemies and NPC's,  they are really cool in my opinion, some of them are even animated, so I want to switch these tokens out with the Preset tokens they used for the module, cause with the modules, they already put tokens down on each map with stats and everything, and I thought that I had to go in and change everyone manually, but when I go to switch the goblin token with an animated Pixel art token, It replaces every goblin token on all the maps that have goblin tokens with the new animated token. Even all the individual goblins with names it does this too, and it won't let me individualize some, I can either change them all to one version, or leave them how they are, does anyone have any suggestions they could give me? or maybe be willing to jump into a discord chat and walk me through some things I might be overlooking?

That sounds cool, your idea. You can just put the new Tokens down on each map Side-by-side with the old tokens, and then manually configure the new token to match the same-settings-as (Perhaps open both Token Settings panels side by side), and then delete the Old goblin off the map. Rinse and repeat for all maps/tokens.  As far as an automated way, that would be using API Mod scripts (on a Roll20 Pro subscription). I don't know of 1 API Mod that is made to do exactly what you're saying, but I think a combination of TokenMod and some other Mods could help speed up the process of doing it many-times across the whole game.

To expand on Golds idea, do the setting of the default token, which will affect all the connected tokens. Then you can go through and swap out any that need a specific token.
Im not sure what API is, or token mod, I am still learning the more technical stuff, would either of y'all be ableto help me in a more formal setting? (discord?)
