Tokens not Showing after Logging in

Hey, when we log into our game the tokens do not show up, only the bars and the name underneath them - and sometimes even the map fails to load at all. Only when the GM moves us to another map and back again the issue is resolved. Additionally sometimes the dynamic lightning from the previous map gets ported over,. I don't know if this has to do with anything or if it is a separate issue.

Hi Ignis Fatuus! Assuming that all players are experiencing the issues, rules out my first suggestion (deleting cache and cookies), but it might be worth a try. Another possibility is that the owner of the images deleted them from their image library, which could cause appearance failures in the game as image caches eventually time out. Assuming the images are still in the library, and all players are experiencing the issues, I would suggest capturing a  Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ) and filing a  Help Center Request  for dev-level investigation.
