Issue with Explorer mode. First time use since new UI update

So, I'm logged on to my computer as the GM, and on a Samsung Tablet as a dummy Player account, and switching back and forth. I have explorer mode turned on, but it seems like, from the player perspective, the explored areas turn black, instead of having the grayscale/brown-scale overlay. The misty/foggy areas are misty/foggy, so that part is working. Is there something to change that back to the 'Fog of War' like setting it used to have? I'll attach a screenshot from the GM view. Just imagine that all the brown, previously discovered areas are opaque black. Is it because of some line of sight thing? Any info would greatly help! If i need to attach more screenshots from the player perspective I will. Just figured this is a place to start.

Is your Samsung Tablet using Chrome browser? Might be better to test your Dummy account in Player mode, on your computer using the opposite browser of your GM account (Firefox or Chrome) or using a Private/Incognito window of your computer browser. To help eliminate the possibility that Roll20 on Tablet might be causing issues I'm not sure from the OP if that is a glitch/bug or simply a Settings issue
Thanks, I'm just about to try logging into the dummy on PC. Is Roll20 known to have problems on tablets?
So that seems to be the issue. Dummy account worked on PC just fine... Weird that it's an issue. Thank you!

Is Roll20 known to have problems on tablets? I would say yes, overall Roll20 is not designed for "mobile devices" and that is up-to-and-including tablets, altho over the years some Tablets have gotten to be more-and-more similar to a Laptop and these tablets MAY work with Roll20. There used to be a Roll20 feature, which was a Subscriber perk, called "Tabletop on Tablet". For the past 2-3 years that mode has been "Undergoing Maintenance" (in other words, needs to be updated). Here is the current Help Center documentation about the Tabletop On Tablet feature: https://help.roll20.net/hc/en-us/articles/360037774593-Table-on-Tablet#table-on-tablet-is-undergoing-maintenance-0-0 It's worth a read, but the main point is that feature is not really guaranteed to work on any given tablet.
