Pathfinder 2e NPCs and Monsters - Feel like I must be missing somethin'

Hi.  I have been a GM user of Roll20 for a while now, always Pathfinder 2e.  I am by no means an expert in its use, and occasionally discover new things from time to time.  I am currently leading a merry band of adventurers through the Age of Ashes adventure path.  I have my methods for pulling maps from the PDFs and adding them into Roll20, which all seems to work reasonably well.  Where I then spend an inordinate amount of time is in creating character sheets for the monsters and NPCs that the group is to contend with.  I dive into the Archives of Nethys and use the info there to cobble together the sheet that will define a given character.  All NPCs that I need are out there, fully spec'd, by name.  I then manually copy/rewrite this data into a character sheet in Roll20.  For simple, brutish beasties with one or two attacks and a couple of special features (reactions, etc.), it's no biggie, but some of these baddies can take quite a while, especially the spellcasters.  Those with multiple spell levels, each containing multiple spells, can take forever to build. I was just looking into Demiplane to see if they sold pre-cooked characters for use in Roll20, but it doesn't look like it.  Am I missing something or is this the way all you other GMs are putting your adventures together? Thanks!
Through the store here you can buy bestiaries and drag and drop the creatures to the game or to a sheet to convert the sheet to the creature.

Hi Stu! Is the problem that you can't find the monsters you need (but they are in the Archives of Nethys), or that you can't find any pre-generated monsters? The freely available PF2 compendium should have hundreds.
I'm also running Age of Ashes and I'm doing pretty much the same thing you are. I create a new NPC sheet, punch in the relevant data, then go from there. I don't know of any easier way to tackle things like the various NPCs who aren't part of any Bestiary other than that.
Ah, I see the problem. I often wish that Roll20 would let me drag and drop attacks and other elements from one sheet to another.
Thanks folks for the responses.  Thanks Keith for the tip about the Compendium and sourcing monsters from there.  I get the sense that this could be helpful for non adventure-specific baddies, such as skeletons, golems and so forth, which will be a big time saver for me.  Unsurprisingly, I didn't find Voz Lirayne or Emperor Birds in a search.  These are defined completely in the Archives of Nethys and so it is there that I find myself when prepping the next phase of the adventure.  A of N would be an excellent Add-On! I thought perhaps I was onto something when I read that I could drag/drop spells from the Compendium when creating an NPC in the Roll20 Characters tool (great tool BTW!) but was disappointed to find that in doing so, only the title of the spell was added to the character.  If this feature actually copied the spell contents over, that would be a huge boon.
You should get all the spell when you drag and drop.
