Pathfinder Character Sheet 1.820. Can't fix player who clicked convert to NPC

I have a character sheet where a player converted it to NPC somehow and now we cannot convert it back to PC. The guide says there should be a box to check, but it doesn't appear to exist.

Go in the sheet's settings and uncheck "This is an NPC OR Monster" You can also hide/reveal the NPC/Monster tab by clicking "PC" or "Monster/NPC" text at the top right area of the sheet.
That option is not available in my sheet

My bad. I assumed this was the PF Community Sheet.  Is this the official by roll20 sheet or ...?
I believe it is the official roll20 sheet.

Hi Josh! It's about 3/4 of the way down the sheet. Unfortunately, there is a warning that switching NPC/PC status  will overwrite all the data on that particular sheet.  :(
Yep. Which makes it pretty much worthless. The issue is we had a fully generated level 14 character that misclicked into an NPC. Now the only way to make that character a PC is to erase it all?

Depending on how long ago it was, you can petition Roll20 for a rollback.  Help Center Request . You might want to make a copy of your game first.
Oh that is quite an excessive request. I think we will just have to copy paste character information. really concerning oversight.

Periodic backups of your game is a good practice, in any case.
