  Despite having the correct amount of exp or a level up and changing my level to 2 on the characters sheet, the actual level won't update when not in edit mode for the character sheet. It's merely a visual issue but it's annoying. This is happening for everyone in the campaign

Hi Ying! Hmm. I think that sheet is likely to get less and less attention and support as time goes on, but you could try reporting in a  Help Center Request . Did you all level up in the Charactermancer, and did you do it in game, or through Roll20 characters? That sort of information might help in the report.
