Black Squares on Maps/Tokens

Hi, I'm running Icewind Dale: Rime of the Frostmaiden (2023 Remaster) and I've come across an issue where there is black squares over some of the maps and one some of the tokens. The maps do load initially and then they just go black and it's impossible to see what's going on. I am the DM so I should be able to see everything so I know it's not an issue with the dynamic lighting (I think), but I've been running on Roll20 using lighting since around 2020 and I've never ran into an issue like this. It occurs over some tokens and some maps but strangely enough when I zoom out and zoom in sometimes the tokens appear and then go black again at a different zoom range. (Roll20's map zoom, not browser zoom) It's also worth noting that I'm running on Google Chrome and I have tried turning off Graphics Acceleration to see if that made a difference, which it has not. I've made no changes to my PC hardware and I am unsure if it's a browser issue or what. I tried loading it up on Microsoft Edge and I had a similar issue, except some tokens simply did not appear at all, which was very strange. Either way, if anyone has encountered an issue like this before and knows what can be done to fix it, please let me know, I've attached a screenshot below to give an example; I can also provide my specs and other examples if needed, Thank you.

Hi Young Fawn! Hmm. This looks like the token page from Rime of the Frost Maiden? Those are Compendium images, so it's not some weird side effect of deleting. And that's not behaving like an aura or tint. Testing with a different browser was a good diagnostic step. It points toward a possible problem with a VPN or ad blocker. Or possibly even an ISP issue. I's suggest collecting a  Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ) and filing a  Help Center Request . A dev might actually have to enter your game to get more info.

I can recommend launching your game in an Incognito window with Chrome, or a Private Browsing window with Firefox. I always do this, and I rarely see weird issues.
I know there have been a lot of other people reporting issues with the tokens. So you may be able to also find some helpful information there.
