[Bounty] Would like help with 5e compatible sheet

Hello! I'm starting a new campaign that's gonna work with roll20s 5e sheet and the sheet is for Organic towns. A city building system to make villages, towns, etc and help the dm and players keep track of the progress over months and years. I will happily pay $75 gp or whatever the equivalent is in your currency and the rules of the system to anyone who can help me with this process. Thanks and be well!

Unfortunately, sheets aren't modular where you could use your custom town sheet and the 5e by roll20 sheet.

If you don't manage to get a Custom Character Sheet... I think you could accomplish that townbuilder Sheet that's pictured... as a Handout. The GM can allow the players edit-power to edit the handout. Yes there would be some limitations compared to a Character Sheet (such as no attributes to call upon), but as far as Gameplay is concerned, a group could play the game and track their town development.
