"Looking for Group" Section Change/Addition

I'm a player looking for the right group. The current "Looking for Group" section is filled with DM's who are "Looking for Players". So my suggestion is to change the current iteration to "Looking for Players", where DM's can continue to advertise. Then create a new "Looking for Group" that is for players to advertise themselves, and the games/groups they are looking for. We are the paying customer, and there should be a way/place to let potential GM's know what we're seeking. The current filters don't allow us to filter by number of players, or other variables. I think this will save everyone time and effort in the long run. Then as a player, while I'm looking for my perfect game, maybe my perfect game can also be looking for me. Thanks!

Yes, something improved and functional like that would be great. Anything to make it easier for Groups to form, players to get into games, more people gaming. Less hunting, more gaming. That would all be good for Roll20. Roll20 had an idea for this, but it never worked correctly. It is called the Player Directory. Roll20 Player Directory: https://app.roll20.net/playerdirectory/search/ It is accessed to join and list yourself, thru your personal Roll20 Profile: Click your name at the top-right of Roll20 forums > click My Profile > use the menu "Actively Seeking Group For" and fill-in the game systems that you want to list yourself as a player who is looking to join. So, the feature exists in Roll20, but it needs attention from Roll20 Team devs to make it functional, and hopefully think-through improvements to increase the functionality there. Not only functions and features, but also address bugs that make it unusable. As it stands today --- you can list yourself there, but it is not being used by GM's to find players, and you will probably never get an invitation to play from there. In my 13 years here, I have been contacted through Player's Directory maybe 4-5 times.

So, I think, a different Suggestion title could be: Finish implementing the Player Directory
